Account access and deletion

Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. To delete your account, open Settings and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to verify your identity. If deletion cannot finish or you cannot sign in, contact support from your account email.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.

Subscriptions

For an Apple purchase, try Restore Purchases in Signely using the Apple account that made the purchase. To manage or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a web purchase or a billing problem, contact support.

AI-assisted beginner ASL practice

Signely is an AI-assisted app for beginner ASL vocabulary practice. The creator has checked the finished sign clips for the intended sign, handshape, movement, and meaning. This is an internal check, not professional ASL review. Learning content may contain mistakes or regional variation; Signely supports practice and does not replace instruction from qualified ASL educators or Deaf community resources. We improve content over time with community feedback.

Share feedback

Open Settings → Feedback to look up a sign and report a wrong sign, unclear movement, wrong handshape, regional/context issue, video problem, or other issue. You can also send general feedback there. An account is required for in-app feedback; messages are private and include your account information and, for sign reports, the selected sign.

You can also email a sign issue, including the word, lesson name, and what needs attention. This works without an account. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Help with community review

We welcome feedback from Deaf and ASL community members, fluent signers, teachers, and ASL students. You can review a small batch and note the sign, what looks right or needs a correction, and any regional or contextual differences. We keep review notes and track corrections. Informal feedback is recorded as community feedback; we do not present it as professional approval.

Volunteer to review a small batch. Share your ASL experience and how many signs you would like to review. We will agree on scope and how to credit you before publishing your name or comments. You can also open the community review workspace, watch clips, and download your notes to send back.

Translations

AI-assisted translations can be inaccurate. You can turn ASL grammar off in the translator or reset AI permission in Settings.
