Signely helps beginners move from an English sentence toward ASL practice. A text result does not replace the visual language itself.
Explore ASL gloss
Signely suggests a written ASL-style word order and notes. AI suggestions can be inaccurate, so treat them as a starting point.
Watch available signs
When a matching Signely demonstration exists, view the individual sign clip. Some words do not have a matching video.
What “text to sign” means here
Signely does not turn every sentence into a continuous signed video or provide live interpreting. Its text-to-sign experience combines AI-assisted ASL gloss with available vocabulary demonstrations. That makes it useful for exploring beginner phrases, checking familiar signs, and deciding what to practice next.
ASL has its own grammar, expression, and regional variation. A written gloss cannot capture all of that. For important conversations, learn with qualified ASL educators and Deaf community resources.
